Outlook on Nursing: A snapshot from Canadian nurses on work environments pre-COVID-19 was a national survey that aimed to asses Canadian nurses’ perceptions of their work environments.

The study was conducted across all health care sectors, including hospitals, long-term care settings, home care and other health care workplaces. Approximately 7,153 regulated Canadian nurses, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered psychiatric nurses (RPNs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) participated in the survey.
